1) If it doesn't work, get closer.
2) If it still doesn't work, stop thinking about it so hard.
3) If your instructor says 'Go on, hit me' be very afraid.

I AGREE WITH THE UNOFFICIAL RULES, HOWEVER IF YOUR INSTRUCTOR SAY'S 'GO ON, HIT ME' YOU MIGHT LIKE TO SCRAP RULE NUMBER ONE

If the instructor asks 'Did that hurt / lock work / is it on?' the answer is always yes! (preferably with a little whimper thrown in )
