Im going to make it on tue....Have to bunk off college for the night, be worth it as marc was good when he was there last time... did some interesting stuff, just remember dan no pain no gain!!!  Glad he doesnt demenstrate on white belt's ....

A BIG thank you to Dan and to all who attended the training session last evening, I for one had a fantastic time and I cannot wait for another chance to get back to Marlborough.
