Generally there are 5 elements to Sanshin Chi, Sui, Ka, Fu and Ku (Earth, water, fire, air and viod). But there is also wood and metal.
I will ask about this and post back about it more. |

Sanshin CHI Shizen>Shoshin>Jodan Uke>three finger strike SUI Shoshin>Jodan Uke>Omote Shuto KA Shoshin>Jodan Uke>Ura Shuto FU Shoshin>Gedan Uke>Boshiken KU Shoshin>Gedan Uke>Hand dis>Zenpo Keri There is alot more but thats the basic shape.

well ask Dan to show you an inverted Boshiken or if your at Cricklade ask me, i'm the NORMAL one.

It is all to do about the Chi, sui and so on, but part of it is what is normal, but there are other elements to it as well. |
