Even if I say it myself the 2nd Plymouth Budo Camp was a rip roaring success The weather was perfect and the BBQ was fantastic and dispite my ear infection I had an absolute blast. Thank you to the Marlborough massive for coming along.
Dan how did the pictures turn out?
Only another 21 days to I board that plane to Japan

We can just tell all the new people that that's what happens if you don't learn to breakfall properly!
I had a great time in Cardiff, though the ground fighting made me want to cover my eyes! _________________ Here we stand,

eveything you lot do makes me want to cover my eyes....I've often considered joining Dan's class but I prefer to keep my bones in one peice so i'll stick to Eastenders and a cup of cocoa _________________ ***********

I will look after you you can bring your cuppa with you. There is not anyone who has anything to fear from me, I am just a portly muddle aged bloke who is steadily loosing the fight against gravity.
I am considering medical intervention as I have seen those extreme makeover programs then all I would need is a long weekend with Trinni and Suzanna! Then wham bam I could get back into my early seventies groove... bring on them Rolling Stones... _________________ …and meeting you Marc!!! haha that was funny beyond all reason and kinda scary |

You do know about the 360' mirror don't you?
Seriously, I've been in Dan's class for over a year now, and I haven't broken anything yet.
Well, nothing belonging to me anyway......
You should come along. _________________ Here we stand,

I might come along when I finally pluck up the courage, he's tried to teach me a few things at home but it always ends in tears....his tears not mine
As for the Trinny & Suzanna weekend I'm sure we could arrange a visit from them for your 50th birthday....if you ever get there...as I'm sure you've started counting backwards now. _________________ ***********

Why not come along, I will be there in a couple of weeks and you do not need any courage to see Dan get a battering
My body is exactly like it used to be apart from the fact that it looks like someone has let a significant portion of the air out.
I think 50 is a good age after all you get loads of benefits, holiday and car insurance deals and even better special life assurance without those tricky medical forms to fill out. Yes, I can see my life just plain sailing from now on... Where are my Rolling Stones records
