i think you'll find these image conscious members of the species prefer a low calorie yoghurt or similar, they'll only moan in the long run otherwise.  |

Ok, how about a fruit smoothie... that will get them going. Michelle likes a good strong hot capacino but I am not going that far

That's funny I actually bought a Smoothie Maker the other day and have started buying all kinds of exoctic fruit .....ask Dan, he has to drink it.......yes I think the Fruit Smoothie may draw the ladies in.
